A chance to proc is when a weapon has a special effect the chance to proc is the chance the effect has to go off. Usually a proc is based around 10% depending on effectivness.
You usually get reactive and volotile procs, reactive when something hits your armor and the "proc" goes off on the armor and the volotile when say your sword hits something and the proc on your sword goes off.

From what i know the word is just a description of what i described above. I know it was used all through DAOC which is hmm 3.5 years old, so its probably derived from EQ or is short for the explanation i gave but in a different language.

I read on Warcraft boards that someone named it Process.. As in Chance to process the effect. I then thought, What about Chance to Produce the effect.. Seems logical. AF

thats probably why your still so low (and how no clue about wow) Nothing to do with being low... But there are nights im running around with guildmates who are lower then me, and there are nights i dont even finish a quest and just stand around or walk around finding new areas. Also, 1.5 to max 2 hours a day WoW is not much. AF

AF 2 hours a day max is not much at all nope Im often helping out (as others in our guild) other guild members doing the same quest you've just done ...etc slows you down but fun of playing with fun peeps is well ..fun ?
