Americans didn't make up extra bullshit rules. Anything goes all the time. You call it lame because you can't counter it. Because you're not smart enough to. Why is it that I have no problem fighting guards, but you do? Because you're a "wannabe Factioner" that doesn't understand the system or how to play it that way it was ment to be. NPC guards and traps, whatever will we do?! rofl. Europeans were good at crying about our tactics to xlx on the forums, but never smart enough to counter them. What happened when 30 SL tried to defend against my 10 man crew? We used our brains and reset all of the sigils right infront of them with sacrafice. Factions is not a duel. It's a strategic fight, something most Europeans will never understand for some reason. You want it to be a 5v5 duel with points. You miss the entire point of the system. When did i say i had a problem with fighting guards? You have fucking issues with your reading, think before you type. Putting words in peoples mouth just makes you look even more of a fool. what are the american "lame tactics" then?

Firstly, Ape nor !U! are on DFI anymore.
Secondly, it wouldnt matter even if they were.
Granted, once !U! left, factions died, cos there wasnt anyone to hate. But that doesnt mean DFI requires a lame tactics guild to reactivate its faction scene.
Its never had a dedicated, motivated euro guild play factions there. And this is for all sorts of reasons. Account decay, new shard-new people, laziness at training. All of these factors consequently mean most euro players dont even bother.
But hopefully this'll change. DFI has the perfect ruleset and environment for real, politically driven factions. All it needs is some europa attention.
Come mid september, it might actually get some....
But thats beside the point. I only posted to see who actually still played. Seems like its just Susan still lol.

I started on factions on Atlantic, only reason i came to Eu was that altantic factions died on its ass, and there was a lot more lameness than Europa, reskilling(drobing!), guards etc etc... But wasnt as bad as u make out Ape, sure atlantic is only one shard, but it wasnt much difference to Europa at all. Maybe u need to take a chill pill too, u sound very angry indeed. Being that u know very little about EU or its playerbase i dont know why u feel inclined to spam a load of shit about us. Half of the people who were playing DFI back in factions werent the better oldschool EU players anyway, they had all quit.

Ape's not actually anything like he is on the board. He just gets a kick out of provoking arguements. DFI board was full of it when i first started factions. But its irrelevant anyway. He doesnt play DFI anymore. Not to the degree him and his buddies used to anyway.
Back when they were on top, their experience of eu players was about 5 people in total who all poked their heads out around AoS. The type of players who never saw the use of candles, turrets, blue detecters and animal blocking that was all over eu during its peak. Consequently, the majority of DFI imagine EU players are a bunch of kids who just happen to be rather decent at duelling and pvp, but who know nothing about faction tactics. Theyve never seen real eu factioners.
Hence the encouragement. Eventually eu players will seep over to DFI, and hopefully, the shard will actually witness some real factioners.

Anyways i'm playing on defi atm.. started 10 days ago or so got fairly trained dexer there now and farming money to make a mage as dexers seem screwed on defi (whit gm tact anat fence and a gm spear you can get 1 damage hits). And well pvp is easyer on a mage anyways.

Factions is not a duel. It's a strategic fight, something most Europeans will never understand for some reason. I find this coming from an American possibly the most stupid thing i have ever heard, it's like a someone from France boasting they never give up. Americans only know one thing, bigger numbers, thats why some tea-towel wearing, pipe smoking, camel herding Iraq farmers kicked your 'special (needs)' forces arses in and around Basra for days. It was some europeans called the British army that came to save you from embarrasment

Well ultimately we never really had huge problems with guard-blockades because most people were too respectable to do it, barring anyone in SL back then. Any of the other three factions would usually take enormous flak, especially the FM and Sheriff, since alot of factioneers knew and respected eachother as mates and enemies, and not just as people to be trounced. Americans obviously differ
